1. As you enter the next section, you contact Chicane with an update and see these two talking. When they’re finished, one will go through the door you can see. Follow him in.
3. You can just see the valve behind the cages. If you don’t have a rebreather, it’s reachable if you use a hypostim.
4. Follow the room to a pipe down to this room. It is a long drop that doesn’t look like it can be made without being spotted, so I go back up the ladder by the valve.
12. To the left, jump over some black boxes into this room. The unlocked PC indicates that "Kvido" has lost their pocket secretary. Hunt round for hacking tools, a pistol, and other minor goodies.
13. For a bit of exploration, head through the door at the far end of this room, and stealthily head left.
14. Through another door you see this person on a computer. She’ll stay busy there if you’re quiet. Search the dresser on the right for hacking tools. More hacking tools on the desk, and a pistol with ammo in the weapons case.
15. Keep heading left. As you get near the end, one patrol starts coming to this area. This desk has hacking software and a biocell.
19. There’s little else here. The doors at the end lead to the workshop.
21. This spot is out of sight to re-charge, if you’re careful. One of the desk drawers has a multitool. Other minor goodies are nearby.
22. Through the doorway (cloaked) is this room, again with minor goodies. I head back to the re-charge spot.
23. Eventually I return back past computer operator woman to here. In the room ahead is a level 3 security console, where you can disable 3 cameras and a turret. Breach Software is on one of the desks and can be snaffled if you cloak. I head back through the door (to my right in this shot).
24. I find my self back here at the foot of the empty elevator shaft, and head along to the end. On the right in this shot, beyond the window is a container almost covered with a blue throw. Find a Praxis Kit there.
28. Inside, the unlocked PC belongs to Lela Dobos, but doesn’t have anything particularly interesting. I go back the way I came.
30. Inside, one guard patrols. An unlocked PC gives some colour to the plot. Another eBook nearby by Talos Rucker also adds colour.
32. An unlocked PC also has background on Sokol and Marchenko. In the room at the far end (behind you from this shot) is a ladder. Climb up.
33. You come out here. Turn off the electrics and then sneak all the way though until you reach the end where you’ll find an open window. Slip inside.
34. There’s a variety of hacking tools in here. That pipe in the ceiling looks familiar.
37. Exit South to here, and sneak over the ledge on the right. Beware a guard below. There is a vent leading to the workshop. Head in for a 200XP explorer bonus.
39. PCs are all unlocked with background. Ahead is the guard we saw earlier. Find hacking tools in this box on the left and almost under the camera but there is very little else here. Go to the end and turn right…
42. Not much opportunity for niceties here. Cloak and head quietly to hide behind this seated guard on her right.
43. On the right is Kvido's lost pocket secretary with the code OU812 to this PC which may have another password on it but can’t be done without knocking out the guard who might be carrying a multitool. I leave her alone and slip through the window that is behind me.
44. Inside is a stun gun and weapons case. I climb over this box and through a door (that’s one I won’t have to hack! It’s only 150c).
45. In the corridor is a turret and two locked doors. The first is level 5 (295XP and 350c) and leads to a weapons cabinet. The second is only level 2 (40XP and 85c) but definitely requires you to disable (or move) the turret. You’re rewarded with a biocell and ammo.
46. At the end, there is an office to the left with two guards, and a third who patrols periodically. An eBook is on the desk in there. I go right and under the window to the far right.
47. In one playthrough, this guard visible on the right through the window, refused to move from this position. Even attracting his attention didn’t persuade him to move from this position, forcing me to knock him out. Serves him right lazy bastard!
48. Inside you’ll find hacking software and credits in a cabinet, and a yet another battle rifle. If you left the guard alone, he’ll stay away long enough for you to hack this laptop. Viktor Marchenko’s PC is a level 5, but must be worth a try for 260c and 150XP! A variety of stealth tools and fortifying got me all his credits and emails. The code 6889 for a storage unit is there, along with an email mentioning Orlov and some message fragments with OldBlueEye identifying him as Viteka. Hunt round for a biocell and other goodies.
50. At the top is this door with a camera that can’t be disabled. He knows you’re here, then. Head in and talk to the man himself.
51. I haven’t killed anyone on the way up here (in fact barely touched anyone!) and he thanks me for that, which is nice.
52. My job is to convince Rucker to come with me back to TF29. If I fail, there will likely be violence. Not having killed anyone on the way up helps. Having the CASIE augmentation does too…
53. When the conversation is over, the first job is to collect Rucker’s evidence through this door. His unlocked PC provides some political background to the story. Head into the secure room.
54. Inside the pocket secretary mentions something called Orchid. Hack the level 5 safe for 500c. It contains a Triangle Code, Praxis Kit and Neuropozyne.
56. This room has Breach Software and other hacking tools. Climb up those boxes on the left.
58. Exit the vent carefully or this guard will spot you. If you played the original Deus Ex, and/or Human Revolution, and were expecting the people once your enemies to become your friends, you’re disappointed - everyone is still hostile.
59. 2 main routes to choose from. Head down the stairs to your right to find this level 4 door. Hack it for overclock software.
61. Through the vent to here is a level 2 door with datascan software. Sneak in there and hack the level 3 security console in the far corner for 150XP. Turn off a camera, and out of a window at the far end.
62. You can jump down a lift shaft behind the guard shown here for a 200XP explorer bonus. Skip ahead or go back for another way.
63. The alternate route is through the door and ideally needs the Icarus lander. Watch out for a guard inside.
65. Inside the garden centre these two are talking. While they’re distracted jump up to the boards above.
67. You exit here with a 300XP pathfinder bonus and a weapon case. You can deploy the ladder to annother vent that leads back to the garden centre, but there’s nothing there except enemies (although it does get you a 200XP explorer bonus). Drop to the bottom of the shaft. It’s possible to drop from ledge to ledge.
68. You come out by this set of lockers that was protected by a camera, with loads of hacking goodies. Ahead is a lift shaft.
69. If you didn’t disable the camera, you can slip past it, but miss out on many of the lockers you get by disabling it! You can’t get them all at once…
71. Over the barrier to your left, and towards the rear are a battle rifle and credits. A weapons case and more credits are further round. Now approach those two on the level above so they start their patrols.
